Mindfulness Drop-In Group (Mental Health)

Most of us could benefit from being more present in our every day lives and this is an opportunity to do just that! Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, without judgment. Join us as we explore the practices of guided meditation, relaxation, discussion and more. Facilitated by Asha Goldstein, Mental Health Counselor in the SHWC. No experience necessary!
