Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Southern Oregon University (OLLI at SOU) is a success in large part due to the dedication and hard work of our instructors, all of whom are volunteers. OLLI instructors are not paid to teach; however, they are acknowledged each year at an Instructors’ Reception, and they also receive a credit voucher based on the course sessions they teach.
The credit voucher is good toward an OLLI membership, if you wish to become an OLLI member.
Instructors have an opportunity to waive all or a part of their credits ($5 per session taught, max of $125 per academic year), thereby contributing to the OLLI Annual Fund. The OLLI Program Manager sends out credit vouchers along with a personalized letter of thanks at the end of each school year.
