About Me:

About Me: I’m currently a junior at SOU. I love traveling, singing, and learning about other cultures.  Before I die, I want to visit all 50 U.S. States, study abroad, attend a Broadway performance in New York, and be fluent in at least three languages.

Constituents:

Social Sciences Senator. Constituents include any member of the ASSOU with a registered major, minor, or graduate program within the programs of Criminal Justice; Economics; History; Political Science; Psychology; or Sociology; and any student studying under or affiliated with the Academic Division for Social Sciences. This Senator shall have bi- monthly meetings with the Division Director and regularly attend Director’s Council meetings to encourage collaboration and sharing of information between ASSOU and the respective academic programs.

About Me:

I'm a third year student here. I came from out of state, but have found myself at home here in Ashland. I work as an intern for Jefferson Public Radio, as well in the Language Lab as a Spanish tutor. I also am the voice that reads the weather on JPR.org  in the morning.  I'm passionate about social justice, and hope to do some sort of humanitarian work after I graduate. 

Leadership Experience

Captain of Speech/Debate and Swim teams in High School.

Clipboarding co-coordinator for the OSA Vote core team last Spring, and the current Phone banking coordinator. I've also worked as a manager in other work places.
