Linda comes to Southern Oregon University with over 20 years of teaching experience including teaching for many years at Ashland Middle School. Linda's professional interest in elementary science and math has inspired her to present her work at various state and national conferences. Some of her science education teaching experiences have found her teaching winter mammal tracking near the Boundary Waters of northern Minnesota, conducting water quality analysis on the Yukon River in Alaska and teaching marine biology for the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry on the northern Oregon Coast. She was also the Education Program Coordinator for the former Pacific Northwest Museum of Natural History.
