Osher Reentry Scholarship

Amount: A minimum of 10 scholarships in amounts up to $5,000
Southern Oregon University will be awarding The Bernard Osher Foundation scholarships. There are $50,000 in scholarships to eligible SOU students who have experienced an interruption in the pursuit of their education and who are pursuing their first undergraduate degree, and who have demonstrated financial need as evidence by the FAFSA. SOSA has now closed for 2012-13

The deadline to complete the Southern Online Scholarship Application (SOSA) for the 2012-13 academic year was March 1, 2012. Please watch for an email by mid-June for notifications about the awards – you will be notified one way or the other, whether you received a scholarship or not. If you have questions, please email finaidschol@sou.edu.

Departmental Scholarships

These SOU departments operate their own scholarship programs which must be applied for separately from other applications:

 Outside Scholarships

SOU maintains files on a number of outside scholarships. These scholarships must be applied for individually and directly to the sponsoring organization.
