Asian Pacific Community Fund Scholarships
Amount: Multiple awards of $1,000
The Asian Pacific Community Fund Scholarships are available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post secondary institution. Visit the Asian Pacific Community Fund web site for application and information.

Ciri Foundation Scholarships And Grants
Offered to eligible and qualified Alaska Natives. Application forms and guidelines can be requested by calling 1-800-764-3382 or by visiting the Ciri Foundation web site.
Ford Family Foundation Scholarship Programs
The Ford Family Foundation Scholarship Programs offer a suite of college scholarships in Oregon and Siskiyou County, California. to help students complete higher education. We encourage applicants whose past and present potential are worthy of special support and developoment. Apply on line through the Oregon Student Access Commission (OSAC) at www.OregonStudentAid.gov. To qualify for the need-based scholarships, applicants must submit a FAFSA by March 1, 2014 at www.FAFSA.ed.gov. Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) of the United States and Canada Scholarship Programs
The GFOA of the United States and Canada, which serves government finance professionals throughout those countries, announces the Minorities in Government Finance Scholarship and the Frank L. Greathouse Government Accounting Scholarship.
The Minorities in Government Finance Scholarship is one scholarship for $6000 available for award in 2014.
The Frank L. Greathouse Government Accounting Scholarship is two scholarships of $6000 each available for award in 2014.
Candidates for these scholarships should have a superior record of academic achievement and/or job performance and show promise of completion of their studies at a high level of performance. In addition, candidates should have plans to pursue a career in state or local government finance. Available to undergraduates at upper division level and graduate level students.

Intertribal Timber Council Truman D. Picard Scholarship
Amount: $2,500 for college students/$2,000 for graduating high school students.
The Truman D. Picard Scholarship Program is dedicated to the support of Native American/Alaskan students pursuing a higher education in Natural Resources. Full details available here and for more information on this and other scholarships offered by the ITC please visit their website.

Learning Disabilities Foundation
Scholarships are designated for students enrolled in a graduate special education program/teacher preparation program and have a special interest in the area of learning disabilities. Students must meet the following:
1. Have completed a minimum of 15 credit hours of SPED graduate course work;
2. Provide written verification of commitment to teaching students identified with learning disabilities.
Awards range from $1500 to $3000 to be distributed over the course of student’s Master’s Degree Program. Up to three awards may be made annually.

Oregon Association of Chiefs of Police
Amount: $1,000 (17 scholarships available)
The OACP scholarships are available to Sophomores and higher with a minimum 2.5 GPA who are criminal justice majors with a demonstrated desire to work in criminal justice or law enforcement. The application requires a cover letter of recommendation from the criminal justice program director, a criminal justice instructor or a financial aid department representative, as well as a signature from your local police chief on the application form indicating that you are recommended to receive scholarship funds. Oregon Lottery Graduate Scholarships
Amount: Varies due to available funds
Oregon Lottery Graduate Scholarships are available to graduate students showing academic merit and financial need. Applicants must complete the Oregon Lottery Graduate Scholarship application and any additional materials required by specific academic programs.
Deadline: Depends on academic program
Oregon Retired Educators (Unit III - Medford) Scholarships
The OREA Scholarship Committee will be awarding tuition scholarships to full time undergraduate students(open to all majors) and graduate students (School of Education only) who graduated from a Jackson County high school or home school. Deadline: Completed applications must be postmarked by February 14, 2014
Oregon Student Access Commission Scholarships
Start your search today. One easy application for more than $15 million in scholarship awards is available from the Oregon Student Access Commission (OSAC). Apply at: www.OregonStudentAid.gov.
Early Bird Deadline: February 15, 2014 at 5pm PST to be eligible for a drawing to win a $500 OSAC scholarship.
Final Deadline: March 1, 2014 at 5pm PST.
Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship
Amount: Flat grant of $25,000
The Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarship provides a large grant meant to study abroad for one academic year. The grant is expected to cover round-trip transportation, tuition, room, board, and educational supplies. More information is available at the Rotary web site.
Sallie Mae Fund Scholarships

SOROPTIMIST INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S OPPORTUNITY AWARDS PROGRAM
Since 1972, Soroptimist has been helping women the world over reclaim their dreams through the Women’s Opportunity Awards program. This program provides cash grants to women who are working to better their lives through additional skills training and education.
You are eligible to apply if you:
- Are a woman with primary financial responsibility for yourself and your dependants;
- Are attending an undergraduate degree program or a vocational skills training program;
- Have financial need;
- Be motivated to achieve your educational and career goals;
- Live in the Rogue Valley.
Previous Women’s Opportunity Awards recipients are ineligible to apply. Soroptimists, employees of Soroptimist and the immediate families of both are ineligible to apply.

Student of the Arts Scholarship
The Student of the Arts Scholarship is open to students majoring in any of the "fine arts" or creative studies, such as: Painting, Graphic Design, Music, Creative Writing, Drawing, Interior Design, Architecture, Film, etc. The purpose is to encourage students to take their artistic ability to the "next level" and build a successful business around it. Submit a 500-1000 word essay outlining their creative approach at turning their artistic skills into a successful business. Those who present a valid plan and seem to express the most passion will be considered, and the winner will receive a $1,000 scholarship. WyzAnt College Scholarships
Students may compete for $15,000 in total scholarships, based on essay submissions answering the question,"If you could teach everyone in the world one thing, what would it be?" Twenty finalists will be selected, with three students winning prizes. Using email and social media, students can reach out to friends and family to get votes for their essay. Finalists will be determined by popular vote!
Eligibility: The contest is open to any student planning to be enrolled in a four-year college between August 2014 and November 2016.
Prizes: Three scholarships will be awarded. First place is worth $10,000, second place $3,000 and third place $2,000.
