Capital Projects Management Division
To serve as liaison between the University clientele having capital construction needs, other University service units, and privately owned companies providing the necessary design, consulting and construction services.
This division develops and coordinates the University's programmatic space requirements and reconciles those needs with available project funding, to maximize the programmed space. CPMD strives to complete all projects with minimal disruptions to the end users, while maintaining project budgets and schedules.
- North Campus Village
The residential South hall is scheduled to be framed and roofed by the first week of September and the North hall by the start of classes. The new parking lot located at Webster and Stadium will be open for students the second week of September. You can follow the progress here.
- Churchill Seismic Remodel
Project is on schedule to have the 2nd floor available for OHSU School of Nursing to move back in and start classes for the Fall Semester. Other departments will be moved back in as the project is fully completed over the next few months, with final completion expected by December.
- Taylor Hall Facade
Beginning August 20th with the removal of the exterior decorative blocks continuing into next summer with the replacement of windows and other exterior improvements.
- Schneider Museum of Art
The roof will be replaced with an anticipated start date of August 27th and completed by September 14th
- Bathroom Upgrades
Progress continues with Britt, Ed/Psych and McNeal bathroom remodels. All are still on schedule to be completed by September 14th.
- Sidewalks and Crossings
A new crosswalk will be installed across Mountain Avenue connecting lot 36 with the Theatre and Music buildings. We will also be making various sidewalk repairs across campus as part of annual maintenance over the next several weeks
