Here's how it works:
You, as a returning housing student, have priority over off-campus and new students for reserving a room of your choice for next year. Complete the application (click here to download) and bring that along with a $50 (cash, check, or Visa/Mastercard) reservation fee to the ARENA (a.k.a. the Housing Office) on the appropriate sign-up date (see schedule below).
YOU CANNOT CHARGE THE $50 FEE TO YOUR STUDENT BILLING ACCOUNT!
Sign-up hours are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. So come on down and join us for some popcorn, punch, candy and fun.
As a student returning to the halls next year, you will be guaranteed a single if you sign-up during the May sign-up period and choose to have a single room. ** This does not guarantee you a single in the exact hall you may want. **
Remember, you are always welcome to visit the Housing Office if you have any questions or if you need clarification.
May 19: For your present room
May 20: For those who are being "bumped" (Phelps house residents, current staff not returning to staff positions, and people currently in rooms that will be staff rooms next year)
May 21: For remaining rooms in your same hall
May 22: For remaining rooms in another hall
