Marketing and Communications is responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing and communications strategies designed to advance Southern Oregon University's image and standing among wide-ranging target audiences.

This includes building and protecting the University's brand position and identity, providing consulting on marketing efforts undertaken by departments and programs, and managing university-wide publications and other internal and external communications processes.

There is always something going on on campus and we want the world to know about it. But to do that we need your help; we need you to alert us so we can use the tools we have available to alert the larger community.

We can help craft your message.

The clearer the SOU voice, the greater the impact of the message. When events get a name, and that name is seen in multiple places, the better the chance it will be remembered. We can help make that happen.

Looking for Logos?

We’ve got the official logos (and Powerpoint templates, and Word stationery) right here but you might want to call us first as there are many variations of the logo and serveral different file formats. Confuses us half the time.
