If you are interested in moving to campus early and having an adventure with your fellow Raiders visit the Raider Wilderness Experience.

As an Honors College student you are expected to move to campus early, be sure to find out all the details from your program coordinator!

Week Of Welcome begins September 25th!

All new first year students are expected to attend Week of Welcome. Move in day for the residence halls will be Thursday, September 25th. Parents and Family members are welcome to stay for dinner and our evening program. Programming specifically designed to support students as they transition to SOU will run from Thursday evening through Sunday. There will be several specific programs throughout the four days and plenty of time to get settled and get connected with other students.

Thursday, September 25th

All Day--Greensprings Lobby

Check in to your residence hall room and take advantage of all the members of the SOU community who are ready to help you move in. Go to the Hawk for dinner or downtown Ashland with friends and family then head back to campus for the evening speaker or the volleyball game!

PLAYFAIR is unlike anything else you have ever experienced. It's entertainment! It's fun! It's the perfect way to make new campus friendships! And PLAYFAIR is more than just an entertainment event – it is a team-building experience.

SOU loves ASHLAND event in Lithia Park

SOU v. College of Idaho, McNeal Pavilion

11:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Fred Meyer Night--The biggest event of fall term--Join 2000 of your fellow students and head to the South Medford Fred Meyer store. Fred Meyer stays open late just for SOU Students and Staff. With sales and specials that can't be beat and a DJ hosting a dance party to round out the night, this is one event you can't miss. 

Buses will be running from Raider Village to Fred Meyer all night!

Sunday, September 28th

Get Comfortable

Sunday is all about getting comfortable and relaxing while you prepare for classes on Monday.
