Refund and Return Policies
Refunds: No refund on any ticket purchase. All sales are final.
Payment: Cash, check and VISA/MasterCard accepted.
Exchanges: Exchanges can be made by bringing or mailing the original ticket to the box office at least one hour prior to the start of the original performance. Subject to space availability on the date of the requested performance.
Box Office: Southern Oregon University Department of Performing Arts/Theatre Arts, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd., Ashland, OR 97520. 541-552-6346. Open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and two hours prior to each performance during the academic year.
Cameras and Recorders: Picture-taking, audio recordings and video recordings are not allowed in the venues.
Children: With the exception of the Young Audiences’ production, children under six years of age are not admitted to theatre productions.
Curtain Times: For Theatre productions - Evening performances begin at 8:00 p.m., matinees at 2:00 p.m. All evening performances of Young Audiences productions start at 7:00 p.m. For Music concerts - Evening performances begin at 7:30 p.m.; matinees at 3:00 p.m.
Food and Drink: Food and drink are not allowed inside the theaters or Music Recital Hall. Beverages and cookies are available for purchase at intermission of Theatre productions in the Theatre lobby.
Hearing Assistance: Assisted listening available for Center Stage Theatre and Center Square productions.
House Opens: The house opens one half hour before curtain time.
Late Seating: Late seating is not guaranteed and latecomers may not be admitted to the theatre. Late seating is not allowed in the Center Square Theatre. When appropriate, latecomers will be seated in the rear of the Center Stage Theatre and may take their regular seats at intermission. Latecomers can be seated at intervals in the Music Recital Hall. There are no refunds or exchanges for latecomers.
Location: The Theatre Arts building and Music Recital Hall are located on South Mountain Avenue.
Lost Tickets: Please call the Box Office at 541-552-6348 prior to the performance for assistance.
Lost and Found: Please call the Theatre Arts Office at 541-552-6346 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to claim lost items.
Parking: Free parking is available after 6:00 p.m. in the large lot on the west side of Mountain Avenue posted “Public Parking Evenings and Weekends.” Parking is $1 in the metered lot above the Theatre Building; a parking permit machine is located in that lot.
Seating: Seating in the Center Stage Theatre is reserved seating. Seating in the Music Recital Hall and Center Square Theatre is general admission.
Seniors: Senior ticket rates offered to patrons sixty years and older.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the Theatre Arts or Music building.
Special Access Needs: Two wheelchair accessible seats are available in the Center Stage Theatre. Wheelchair accessible seating is available in the Music Recital Hall and Center Square Theatre.
Students: Student ticket rate offered to full-time students at any educational institution.
