Emily Reeder Ph.D.

Dr. Reeder received her Bachelor’s degree from Willamette University, her Master’s degree from Wake Forest University, and her Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky in 2010. Prior to teaching at SOU, Dr. Reeder taught at her alma mater Willamette University, and she currently also teaches at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology (online). Her research interests include decision making for risk and psychology and law related research, including issues of violence against women and jury decision making, among other domains. Dr. Reeder’s teaching at SOU includes general psychology, cognitive psychology, social psychology, and research methods and statistics. In her spare time, Dr. Reeder enjoys spending time with her family enjoying all the beautiful outdoor activities Southern Oregon has to offer.
