Where and When?
The Poster Session will take place Thursday, May 15, 12:00-1:30, in the Rogue River Room in the Student Union.
What if I can’t make the session?
If you cannot be at the poster session you should not have a poster printed. Poster Sessions are intended to be an engaging venue giving students the opportunity to interact with other students, faulty, and community members. It is not a session to simply display your poster.
When is the last day I can submit my poster through Moodle to be printed for free?
Friday, May 2. However, early the better, since this year we will only print 120 posters. It will be first come, first served.
What if I can’t get my poster printed for free?
You can get your poster printed for $40 in the Library. Come to the Library Offices on the 3rd floor.
When and Where do I submit my poster if I’m printing it myself?
Monday, May 12, Student Publicity Office, Stevenson Union, 310C.
How do I pick up my Poster after the Session?
You take the poster with you at the end of the session. Any posters not picked up will be become the property of SOAR.
