Civic Engagement

 Make a Difference Day

Make a Difference Day is a national day of service held every October where Americans across the country volunteer in their local communities to make a noticeable impact in a short amount of time.

The Civic Engagement Program sends students to several sites each year. In 2011 students helped assemble shelves at the Medford Gospel Mission, carved pumpkins with the elderly at the Emeritus Assited Living Complex and assisted with the bike program and the ECOS Garden on campus.
