What do I need to know before I arrive at the conference?
Location: Inn at the Commons, 200 N. Riverside Ave, Medford. Venue parking map
Parking: There is limited parking at the Inn, as well as pay parking at the new city parking lot adjacent to the Inn and a parking structure across the street on 6th & Bartlett (both $5/day). We encourage carpooling with colleagues, which is both environmentally conscious and friendly - we encourage you to consider that option. Be aware of one-hour parking on the street. Parking areas are patrolled and citations are issued. Parking map for downtown Medford.
Time: Check-in opens at 7:45am. There will be coffee and tea in the morning and then there will be a “grab and go” snack at 9:30am. Opening remarks will begin at 8:15am. The keynote kicks off promptly at 8:30am. Our day wraps up with a networking-and-wine social at 4:15-5:00pm.
Lunch: This will be a salad buffet that will include vegetarian and gluten free options, and accommodates food allergies.
Dress: Professional business attire is encouraged. It is always a good idea to come with a light jacket or sweater that you can take on/off depending how close you are to the air conditioning vents.
