opportunities to develop the skills needed to navigate the new system effectively. We encourage all faculty and staff to take advantage of the tools and sessions provided to ensure a smooth transition to Workday Student. <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/o4tfZLDXTj74wovE8\">Sign up<\/a> for a live session (March 12-April 2). Look for announcements about upcoming resources to help you get up and running in the new system.<\/p>\n<p>Opportunities to learn Workday Student will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>In-Person Sessions: <\/b>Hands-on workshops with subject matter experts<\/li>\n<li><b>Virtual Sessions: <\/b>Online presentations with subject matter experts covering key processes and functions<\/li>\n<li><b>Self-Paced Learning: <\/b>Self-paced online modules for learning at your convenience<\/li>\n<li><b>Quick Tip Videos:<\/b> Short, targeted videos addressing common tasks and processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Resource Development<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Training leads from each workstream are developing relevant and practical training materials from these key functional areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Admissions<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum and Advising<\/li>\n<li>Records and Registration<\/li>\n<li>Financial Aid<\/li>\n<li>Student Financials<\/li>\n<li>Academic Foundations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The development of support for learning Workday Student has been further informed by the results of two key review phases:<\/p>\n<h4><b>User Readiness Review (URR)<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Faculty and staff had opportunities to engage with Workday Student in a structured environment, providing direct feedback on workflows and clarity of learning aids in a User Readiness Review process in January. Insights gained from URR have helped us refine our support resources and identified areas where additional information was needed.<\/p>\n<h4><b>Mock Term<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>This review cycle simulated real-world academic scenarios, allowing end users to practice using Workday Student in a controlled environment before full implementation.
