applicants from Oregon and WUE states for merit-based scholarships when they apply for <strong data-start=\"383\" data-end=\"406\">fall term admission<\/strong> by the <strong data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"442\">February 1 priority date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"570\">Transfer students who apply <strong data-start=\"473\" data-end=\"493\">after February 1<\/strong> may still be considered for scholarships, subject to funding availability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"798\">Please note: Merit-based scholarship consideration is only available for fall term starts and <strong data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"713\">does not apply to resident-by-exception populations<\/strong>, such as <strong data-start=\"723\" data-end=\"741\">American Samoa<\/strong> and participants in the <strong data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"789\">North State Promise<\/strong> program.<\/p>\n<p class=\"dig-30\">Additional scholarships may be awarded to students who complete the <a
