OLLI at SOU courses are held in-person and online. The primary in-person venues are the SOU Campbell Center in Ashland and the RCC/SOU Higher Education Center (HEC) in Medford. Select courses are also held at the Rogue Valley Manor in Medford.

Traveling I-5 from north to south:

  1. Take Ashland Exit 14, Ashland Street
  2. At light, turn right onto Ashland Street
  3. Continue straight on Ashland Street for 1 mile
  4. Turn left onto Walker Avenue
  5. Turn right onto Oregon Street
  6. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Frances Lane
  7. OLLI at SOU’s Campbell Center (sometimes Campbell Hall on maps) is on the right. Parking  is along the street or in the Grace Lutheran Church parking lots are on the left.

Traveling I-5 from south to north:

  1. Take Ashland Exit 14, Ashland Street
  2. At the stop sign, turn left onto Ashland Street
  3. Continue straight on Ashland Street for 1 mile
  4. Turn left onto Walker Avenue
  5. Turn right onto Oregon Street
  6. Turn left at the 1st cross street onto Frances Lane
  7. OLLI at SOU’s Campbell Center (sometimes Campbell Hall on maps) is on the right. Parking  is along the street or in the Grace Lutheran Church parking lots are on the left.

Directions:

Traveling I-5 from north to south:

  1. Take Medford Exit 30, Crater Lake Highway.
  2. At light turn right on Crater Lake Highway.
  3. Turn left on Court Street.
  4. Turn left on Central.
  5. Turn left on East Eighth or Ninth to South Bartlett.

Traveling I-5 from south to north:

  1. Take Medford Exit 27 for Medford.
  2. Turn Left to head toward downtown.
  3. At the second light, turn right onto Riverside (Hwy 99) to continue toward downtown.
  4. Drive 1.2 miles.
  5. The HEC is on your left, located at the corners of East Ninth and Eighth streets and South Bartlett and Riverside.

Directions:

Traveling I-5 from north to south:

  1. Take Exit 27 OR-99 S/Medford.
  2. Use the middle lane to Barnett Road.
  3. Stay in the right lane and turn onto Highland Drive.
  4. After 0.3 miles turn right onto E Barnett Road.
  5. After 0.7 miles turn right onto Black Oak Drive, this will turn into Juanipero Way.
  6. After 0.2 miles turn right onto Mira Mar Avenue.
  7. After 0.5 run left onto Skyline Drive, make a right turn, and then a left.
  8. Skyline Plaza is on your right.

Traveling I-5 from south to north:

  1. Take Medford Exit 24 for Phoenix.
  2. Keep right onto Phoenix Road.
  3. After 2 miles turn left onto Juanipero Way.
  4. After 0.9 miles turn left onto Mira Mar Avenue.
  5. After 0.5 run left onto Skyline Drive, make a right turn, and then a left.
  6. Skyline Plaza is on your right.

RVTD offers local and regional bus service covering Ashland to Central Point, Jacksonville, White City and Eagle Point.

“Ashland Circulator” RVTD Route 17 – The local bus service within Ashland. Access the RVTD interactive map – Select “17: Ashland Circulator” from the list of routes to see the map, and click “see schedule” link to see schedule.

“Bike on Buses” – RVTD bike riders load and secure their bikes on an exterior mounted rack and pay the regular bus fare. See this RVTD page for details on using the bike racks. Bicycle lockers are available at the RVTD bus station, 200 S. Front Street, Medford.

Reduced bus fares – RVTD offers reduced fares for people 62 and older, Medicare card holders, disabled veterans, and people with disabilities.

SOU Campbell Center in Ashland: A covered bike rack is available next to Classroom C and the Members Lounge.

RCC/SOU Higher Education Center in Medford: Bike racks are available in the following locations:

  • On Ninth Street behind the HEC
  • Behind RCC’s G Building (8th and Central) in the parking lot
  • City racks in the alley behind G Building and on the sidewalk next to G on 8th Street
