History Programs
The History Program comprises a community of students, teachers, and scholars who are dedicated to analyzing the past and serving as responsible global citizens.
Undergraduate Degrees
History, BA/BS
Offered as a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Major
History majors receive a BA or BS in history by successfully completing the 64 required credits. Courses span both American and world history from antiquity to present, with opportunities for students to cultivate advanced skills as critical thinkers, researchers, writers, and public speakers.
Academic Minors
History Minor
Offered as a Secondary Discipline Minor
Comprised of 24 credits within American and world history, the history minor is dedicated to analyzing the past and serving as responsible global citizens.
