SOU Raider Student Services

Raider Student Services is a centralized location that houses the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, the Office of the University Registrar, and the Bursar’s Office (student financial accounts). Our goal is to collaboratively serve student/staff/faculty needs in these areas in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.

Raider Student Services operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm, and closed from 1:30 to 2:30 pm daily for lunch.

Schedule In-Person Appointment

If you need to come into the office to make a cash payment or for another need that absolutely can’t be accomplished remotely, please call or email us to set up an appointment.
If you email to set up a time, please include at least 3 times you would be available and are at least 2 business days out.
We will confirm your appointment within 24 business hours.

The SOU Financial Aid and Scholarships team continually support current students while they navigate the application renewal process and receive financial aid for each academic school year. Future, incoming and currently enrolled Southern Oregon University students will find the student support needed for all types of college financial aid including, Grants, Loans, Work-Study, Scholarships, Summer Aid, and Veteran Aid.
