For week three, we traveled to northern California for sea kayaking and central Oregon for rock climbing.
On Shasta Lake, we experimented with self-support human-powered travel as we toured the lake in sea kayaks. In central Oregon, we base-camped on BLM land and explored Smith Rock and the numerous ways to move up the many faces of rock. Regardless of the location and activity, we learned our perception creates many of the barriers that prevent us from learning, and the process will show us what there is to learn if we can manage to trust it.
Look forward to weekly installments as we explore the Pacific Northwest. Join us next spring for your own immersion experience.
