Prior Project Updates
June 12, 2023 – June 16, 2023
New functionality added to the CISR Project includes Workday Talent, Recruiting, and Advanced Compensation. These additional tools will allow SOU to create more efficient and effective processes in the human resources and budgeting areas.
- Talent and Recruiting – tools to encourage collaboration amongst hiring team members and simplify the recruiting and job application experience.
- Advanced Compensation – additional compensation tool used to manage employee bonuses, merits, or any other sort of additional compensation.
February 10, 2023 – March 3, 2023
- Kick-off in Sept 2022
- Project Team started Workday training
- SOU initial Workday environment (Foundation Tenant) was created
- Integrations with existing SOU software have started
- Plans for employee training started.
- The project website was developed and launched
- Testing the initial Workday environment started
