Meet Avery Coffin
2024-2028 Tribal Nation Honors Scholar
Avery Coffin is an enrolled member with Cherokee Nation located in northeastern Oklahoma. She is from Eugene, Oregon and graduated from Sheldon High School. She is a freshman at SOU majoring in exercise science with an emphasis on clinical exercise. Avery is also a part of the softball program at SOU. She aims to make connections and gain great experiences through softball and the Honors College. After graduating Avery hopes to get into DPT school and become a physical therapist. Outside of school Avery enjoys spending time with friends and family, going on hikes, and paddle boarding.
