Paul is a partner/owner at Work-Effects Inc., a leadership development firm founded in 2001 based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Their clients range from Fortune 50 companies to privately held, not-for-profit and governmental agencies. Work Effects offers numerous Leadership Assessment and Survey tools as well as Consulting Services.
Paul spent 5 years working in Academia before starting a successful private practice in Psychology with seven partners and eight employees. He decided to reinvent himself in 1995 and transitioned to the Leadership field as a trainer and executive coach. He has worked with those as famous as Michael Dell, as powerful as Four-Star Generals, as unique as CIA operatives and top executives from many Fortune 500 and other international companies. He is a part-time faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership which the Financial Times has ranked in the top 10 Leadership Programs world-wide for the past 17 years.
He received his B.A. from Whitter College in California and Ph.D. in Professional-Scientific Psychology from Utah State University.
