Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies Program
Gender, Sexuality, & Women’s Studies is an engaging interdisciplinary program at Southern Oregon University. Students may earn a major or minor in GSWS or the Transgender Studies certificate. Students with plans for careers in areas such as counseling, education, social work, medicine, law, business, or the arts commonly report that GSWS courses add greater depth and insight to their preparation for future careers. This in turn makes them stronger candidates for employers and graduate schools.
