SOU Innovation and Leadership Degree
What if you could complete your bachelor’s degree in less than two years while working full time? The Innovation and Leadership (INL) degree is a multidisciplinary bachelor’s degree completion program for working professionals. Classes are accelerated, scheduled in 5-week modules with class in person, one night a week in Medford. The applied approach to academic content encourages working professionals to move quickly through material and dive deeper into understanding workplace and management challenges. The sixteen courses of the major are offered over a 21 month period and include courses from Business, Communication, Emerging Media and Psychology.
