NEXT STEPS

Our university has begun the process assembling data – both qualitative and quantitative – in five program areas, and eventually will use that information to guide decisions about changes that will help us better reflect current enrollment and academic interests. The program areas – each of them with distinct conditions and characteristics – are Finance and Administration, Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management and Student Affairs, University Advancement and Athletics. The data that will be used in our analyses of these programs are posted here, in the interest of full transparency and to enable all members of our campus community to understand and respond to our decision-making process.
