SOU English Academic Programs
The English Program offers courses in literature, rhetoric, professional writing, teaching, and linguistics. Our students receive a strong foundation in critical analysis that allows them to better understand the varied literary and social expressions of the human condition. Our program also provides students with foundational research and writing skills which lead them to careers in advocacy, marketing, publishing and teaching.
