Psychology Club
Student Opportunities
The Psychology Department offers both a Psychology Club and psychology honor society (Psi Chi).
The Club sponsors social functions, recommends students for service on various department committees, and occasionally sponsors programs and projects designed to enrich the educational experience of the faculty and students in the Department of Psychology.
Membership in the Psychology Club is open to all psychology majors, minors and other interested students.
Psi Chi
Student Opportunities
The purposes of Psi Chi are to encourage, stimulate and maintain excellence in scholarship of the individual members in all fields, particularly in psychology, and to advance the science of psychology.
To achieve these goals, Psi Chi offers a wide range of local, regional and national programs. Members of Psi Chi have been invited to present papers and poster presentations at regional and national conferences.
Membership in a local chapter of Psi Chi (national honorary society in psychology) is available to qualified students.
