*Note: Cost of Attendance increases may be allowed to help with dependent care expenses for students with children 12 years of age or younger (or for dependents with special needs over the age of 12), for a one-time purchase of a personal computer, or for taking an increased credit load. Cost of Attendance adjustment requests are reviewed on an individual basis with supporting documentation. You can email finaid@sou.edu to request a revision. Requesting an increase in your Cost of Attendance does not mean that additional aid will be awarded. Only students that have not utilized their full financial aid eligibility for the year will have aid available to be increased.
Students seeking a license (such as the IAL program) are not eligible for Financial Aid.
Until approved by the State Board of Higher Education, all tuition and fee estimates are subject to change.
