Get Involved in Native American Programming
Native American Studies (NAS)
NAS is a problem solving, Native American-centered, and applied field, which seeks to examine experiences that unify Indigenous peoples in ways that work in service to Native American communities’ contemporary challenges and aspirations.
Native American Student Unions (NASU)
The Native American Student Union (NASU) at Southern Oregon University is a student organization that strives to serve the student body in many ways. NASU works to provide social and educational support to Native American students, to raise awareness of contemporary Native American cultures and issues, and to sponsor educational and cultural programs for the campus and wider community. NASU is open to all SOU students.
