How do I get registered for a workshop?
SOU Students: Register online using your student account. See the class schedule for the CRNs.
Non-SOU Students: These workshops are available to community members! To reserve your seat in the course, please email Susan Faller at fallers@sou.edu for the Community Member registration link. If you’d like to earn SOU college credit, be sure to make note of this during your registration.
Which fees are associated with these workshops?
The workshops are FREE unless someone wants to take it for university credit – $60.
Which documents do I need to send to ORO?
Did you attend for training hours?
No need to submit any forms! The CCRN will submit hours to ORO on your behalf. Be sure to log into your ORO account to track your progress.
Did you attend for SOU credit?
You will want to send two documents to ORO.
- A copy of your unofficial transcript
- The correlating CKC letter
*Note: Missing any of these documents can delay processing time.
When will grades be posted?

Simply send your request to Susan Faller at fallers@sou.edu . Please allow up to one week response time.
Would you like to gain regular access to your SOU transcripts through your student account?

Do you need an official copy forwarded to your current community college or university?
Can high school students attend ECD Saturday workshops?
Absolutely! High school students may attend for professional development purposes. Students will leave the workshop with a Certificate of Completion.
At this time, high school students are ineligible for the college credit option offered at these workshops. For those interested in earning college credit before graduation, contact Youth Programs at SOU at 541.552.6452 or youthprograms@sou.edu . You can also visit their website at https://youth.sou.edu/ .
