Residence Hall Mail & Package Lockers
Mail and Packages will be located in a central location at the University Housing Office in Greensprings Hall Complex.
In order to help us get the mail and packages to the students, first and last names, along with mailbox numbers are required. If a student has a preferred name, please review this information and how to submit the preferred name: https://sou.edu/student-services/records/preferred-first-name/
Please do not send any mail and packages until after you have moved into the halls.

Mail and Packages are received throughout the day, and are usually distributed towards the end of the day.
Package Lockers
University Housing has partnered with Package Nexus, offering an easy contactless package pick-up locker system, located in Greensprings Hall. Students will receive an email and/or text message with a pick-up code. Students will be able to pick-up packages throughout the day, and even after business hours.
