2019 OPU Counselor Conferences

The Oregon Public Universities are excited to host four Counselor Conferences for Oregon high school counselors and other colleagues who help Oregon students pursue their higher education goals!

Counselor Conferences will highlight new programs and policies that impact your students at our institutions, provide information about federal financial aid changes, and share scholarship and need-based grant program changes at the state level.

Our 2019 Counselor Conference dates are:

• October 8 at Eastern Oregon University (La Grande)
• October 10 at Oregon Institute of Technology (Klamath Falls)
• October 15 at Portland State University (Portland)
• October 17 at Oregon State University (Corvallis)

The agenda for each program is as follows

8 am Registration and Breakfast
8:30 am Welcome
9 am Campus Updates
10:30 am Break and Visit College Tables
10:45 am Financial Aid and OSAC Session
11:30 am Panel Discussion w/Campus Representatives
12 pm Lunch/Raffle and Evaluations
1 pm Optional Financial Aid Training Workshop/Campus Tours

Conference registration is $25 and includes lunch. Payments can be submitted online or by check to “Southern Oregon University” before your conference date, or you may request an invoice. Details can be found in the registration form below.
