Review Your Outstanding Requirements
You may review your financial aid status by following the steps:
- Log in to Inside SOU
- Select “OKTA Login”
- Select “Workday Student” – If you don’t see this app, use the “add apps” feature on the sidebar to add it to the menu.
- After logging into your Workday account, you will find any action items that need to be completed before your financial aid offer can be built on your home screen or in your task notifications.
- Unsatisfied student requirements will need to be addressed as soon as possible
- You must clear holds on your account before your financial aid can be processed
*Unsatisfied student requirements are the number one reason why financial aid has not posted to student accounts. If you have consented to electronic communications, check your SOU student email often for any updates.
