University Housing works to help you promote your department and events. The following are guidelines for the different ways you can promote your department and events within University Housing.
You must meet the following guidelines:
- Name of the sponsoring organization, department, or responsible individual
- Date, time and location of event
- Logo of your organization
- Materials can not violate University policy or federal, state, or local laws
- No promotional material for third parties is allowed unless it is specifically related to a registered student organization, event or sponsorship and has been approved by the University.
- Sales will not be allowed at any time.
TV Screens – Residence Halls
University Housing will be posting on TV screens of the Residence Halls. To submit an image to be displayed, please complete this form: https://airtable.com/shrH0mzv1donHU7IQ
Images should be landscape and 1280 x 1024.
TV Screens – SOU Dining
SOU Dining will be posting on TV screens of The Hawk. To submit an image to be displayed, please email soumarketing@aladdinfood.com
Flyers
University Housing will only be able to take a minimum of 8 posters and a maximum of 14 posters.
Quarter Sheets (The Hawk)
SOU Dining will not be putting up quarter sheets at this time due to COVID-19.
Tabling at The Hawk
SOU Dining will be approving tabling at The Hawk on a case by case basis.
University Housing reserves the right to impose reasonable restrictions and/or requirements with respect to time, place, and manner of posting. These restrictions may be in addition to, or in lieu of, those set forth in this policy.
Postings displayed in violation of this policy will be removed regardless of content.
University Housing reserves the right to update and amend this posting policy at any time.
