Registration: SOU Conference Housing
How to Register:
- Complete this form.
- You will be contacted within 3-5 business days after the submission of the form to review the request and draft the contract.
- Review and sign the contract.
- Submit your deposit: mail in a check or call with credit card information. Additionally, submit your proof of insurance via email.
- Submit a roster of attendees with roommate pairings one month prior to your stay.
- You will receive a welcome pack via email one week prior to your visit.
- Arrive and Enjoy your stay!
- Pay the invoice after your group’s departure.
