Clinical Mental Health Counseling
Earn your Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern Oregon University.
The Clinical Mental Heath Counseling program is proud to be designated as a Western Regional Graduate Program, helping our students afford the high cost of out-of-state tuition. Out-of-state students from the other 14 western states* pay in-state graduate tuition. The CMHC program awards this financial aid to increase diversity and recognize academic excellence. To be considered for the WRGP resident tuition rate, submit a 300 word essay that addresses how you meet one or both of the selection criteria (diversity and/or academic excellence). You can apply to CMHC program directly by sending your essay (as an email attachment) to CMHC@sou.edu.

Students interested in this award need to complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), available at the Financial Aid Office. Incoming students will be sent an invitation to apply for the Oregon Lottery Scholarship.
The SOU Financial Aid Office is available to help students with other funding questions.
