It’s an educational pathway that helps students graduate in three years instead of four
Students receive individualized advising, coaching, mentoring, academic and student support from a Jackson/Josephine Pledge advisor
It provides a substantial tuition discount

*Based on tuition rates as follows: Pledge students = $110 per credit hour vs. In-state students = $172 per credit hour. Tuition totals are based on the full-time course load of 15 credits per term for 3 terms per year – Fall, Winter, and Spring.
How can I earn my degree in three years?
You can reduce your time to graduation by up to one full year depending on college coursework taken while in high school.

Who is eligible?
Graduates from a Jackson/Josephine County high school who are admitted to SOU and meet the minimum pledge program qualifications.
3.2 GPA or
3.0 GPA + combined** SAT of 1125 or above (WL† score of ≥25 and Math score of ≥490) or
3.0 GPA + composite ACT of 23 or above (Math and English sections of ≥20 each)
