How to Register:
- Complete this intake form.
- You will be contacted within 3-5 business days after the submission of the form to review the request and a draft the contract.
- Review and sign the contract via Box Sign.
- Submit your deposit: mail in a check or call with credit card information.
- Checks should be mailed to 450 Wightman St, Ashland, OR, 97520
- Submit your proof of insurance via email (molayj@sou.edu).
- Submit a roster of attendees with roommate pairings one month prior to your stay.
- You will receive a welcome packet via email one week prior to your visit.
- Arrive for check-in between 3pm-5pm and enjoy your stay!
- Check out on the day of your departure by 11 am.
- SOU will send a final invoice within 2 business days of your departure.
