- 3 bedroom townhouse/ $1,200 per month/ 28 three-bedroom townhouses, 1165 sq ft
The laundromat, which is for tenants only, is located in the community building and is accessible 24 hours. Rental rates include water, trash and sewer.
Wightman Apartments:

- Studio/ $825 per month/ 8 studios, 450 sq ft
- 3 bedroom/ $1,300 per month/ 17 three-bedroom, all bedrooms upstairs, 1336 sq ft or 6 three-bedroom, two upstairs, one downstairs, 1388 sq ft
- 4 bedroom/ $1,400 per month/ 4 four-bedroom, three upstairs, one downstairs, 1518 sq ft
Washer/dryer hookups, built in dishwashers are in the 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments
Houses:
- Rental rates vary based on characteristics of each house ($750.00-$1650.00)
- Rent includes garbage pickup, but not water, sewer, electricity, gas, or oil
- Houses are considerably older and not as energy-efficient as apartments
- Houses are not eligible for Housing Authority (HUD) assistance
- Approximately 28 houses varying in size from studios to 4-bedroom
- Up to two pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, etc.) permitted with $300 security deposit each and completion of a separate pet application.
