The laundromat, which is for tenants only, is located in the community building and is accessible 24 hours. Rental rates include water, trash and sewer.
Wightman Apartments:

Washer/dryer hookups, built in dishwashers are in the 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments
Houses:
- Rental rates vary based on characteristics of each house ($750.00-$1650.00)
- Rent includes garbage pickup, but not water, sewer, electricity, gas, or oil
- Houses are considerably older and not as energy-efficient as apartments
- Houses are not eligible for Housing Authority (HUD) assistance
- Approximately 28 houses varying in size from studios to 4-bedroom
- Up to two pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, etc.) permitted with $300 security deposit each and completion of a separate pet application.
