Returning SOU Students
Welcome back to SOU!
Southern Oregon University is always happy to see students return to complete their degrees and progress toward future career goals. Whether you would like to start right where you left off, explore new interests, or consider whether an online degree might be a more convenient option, we’re here to help.
We understand affordability is likely an important factor in your decision to return to your studies, that is why we encourage every returning student to submit the FAFSA (SOU school code: 003219). In addition to the FAFSA, we invite you to take a look at the other forms of financial aid available at SOU and reach out to the Office of Financial Aid if you have questions.
Use the following form if you have been away from SOU for more than 3 terms, and your SOU student account will be reactivated. Two to three business days after submitting the form, you will receive an email (to the email you provide on the form) with more details about course registration.
*Please note, if you have received a bachelor’s or master’s degree elsewhere since attending SOU, you will need to complete the Graduate/Postbaccalaureate application with Admissions.
