Readmissions After Suspension
The petition for readmission after one year suspension form is to be completed if you are seeking readmission to SOU after being suspended for a minimum of one full year (ie being suspended at the conclusion of Fall term, you may complete this form for readmission after the conclusion of the next Fall term or later).
Use this form to request readmission from the Academic Standards Committee after one-year suspension.

To apply to SOU for an appeal of your suspension through the Academic Standards Committee (ASC), you will need to complete the entire form listed below. Please note that incomplete petitions will not be reviewed by the committee.
